About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Make.com to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Integrate various applications, APIs, and services using Make.com to create seamless workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and ensure their smooth operation.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Provide training and support to clients and team members on using and maintaining Make.com automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features, best practices, and trends in automation and Make.com.
  • Document automation processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automation workflows using Make.com (Integromat) or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in connecting and automating various software tools and services, such as CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, and other SaaS applications.
  • Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for process automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus.
