Media Buyer – FB Ads Specialist

About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with expertise in Facebook and Google Ads to join a start-up digital marketing firm. The ideal candidate will develop and execute advertising campaigns to attract prospective clients.
  • Design and implement effective advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for digital advertising projects.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective advertising approaches.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role with a focus on digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good to have but NOT required:
  • Social Media Management (FB, IG, Pinterest & TikTok – in the future)
  • Copywriting
  • Video & graphic design
