About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and maintain chatbots using platforms such as ManyChat, MobileMonkey, Tidio, Drift, or Intercom.
  • Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, ad Twitter, ensuring content is timely and relevant.
  • Schedule social media posts using social media management tools, ensuring consistent posting across platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries and messages from social media platforms, ensuring a quick and professional response.
  • Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics using analytics tools, ensuring content is optimized for SEO.
  • Design and create marketing posts, banners, and posters that align with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing strategy.
  • Edit photos and videos to ensure high-quality, professional content for social media and other marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow social media audiences and engagement across platforms.
  • Organize and manage digital files (images, videos, content drafts) using cloud storage tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, and similar platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Manage email communication for campaigns, promotions, and internal updates using tools like Gmail, Outlook, or Mailchimp.
  • Handle calendar management for project deadlines, content releases, and team coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support for the marketing and social media team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work Australian business hours.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading social media campaigns and creating a chatbot.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections and deal effectively with rejection, while remaining personable.
  • Positive attitude and temperament to accept coaching.
  • Great interpersonal skills / team player.
  • Online internet research skills.
  • 3+ years as a Social Media Manager.
  • Demonstrate leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Access and Excel).
  • Email management (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp).
  • Calendar Management.
  • Dropbox, Google drive.
