Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Website and Digital Asset Management: Maintain and update the agency’s website and digital resources.
Audience Engagement: Foster community interaction, respond to comments, and encourage user participation.
Team Support and Collaboration: Assist and work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or similar roles.
Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Strong skills in content creation and analytics tools
Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
