Executive Assistant with Xero Bookkeeping Experience

We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize two email accounts, ensuring timely responses and proper email categorization.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and file organization.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support daily business operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings as needed.
  • Utilize Xero for bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and ad hoc financial duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative position.
  • Proficiency in Xero bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
