- Technical & HTML Support - Use strong HTML skills to make minor edits, updates, or troubleshoot issues related to client-facing systems.
- Task Management - Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure client requests are handled promptly while keeping clear communication with the team regarding workload and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support or account management.
- Salesforce knowledge (how to use it and keep things updated).
- HTML skills (basic editing and troubleshooting).
- Good at talking to people and solving problems.
- Able to manage time and stay organized.
