Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Salesforce Administration & IT Support - Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, maintain accurate records, and track account activities.
  • Technical & HTML Support - Use strong HTML skills to make minor edits, updates, or troubleshoot issues related to client-facing systems.
  • Task Management - Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure client requests are handled promptly while keeping clear communication with the team regarding workload and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support or account management.
  • Salesforce knowledge (how to use it and keep things updated).
  • HTML skills (basic editing and troubleshooting).
  • Good at talking to people and solving problems.
  • Able to manage time and stay organized.
