We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills and hands-on experience using Xero for invoicing and accounts receivable. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing both administrative and financial tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Word, and Xero is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and format Adobe and Microsoft Word documents.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate records in Xero.
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with Xero accounting software.
