Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain databases, records, and workflows in Airtable.
- Organize and track projects, ensuring smooth team collaboration.
- Develop custom Airtable bases to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management insights.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Airtable integrations and scripting.
- Provide training and support on Airtable usage for team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Airtable, including formulas, linked records, automations, and extensions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with additional tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Zapier is a plus.
