Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients, answer calls via RingCentral, and handle inquiries with professionalism.
  • Task Management: Use Todoist to organize and manage office and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the team using the Office 365 ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Teams, for smooth and efficient communication.
  • Job Management Support: Assist with job scheduling, timesheets, and invoicing using Arrowflow.
  • Office Administration: Maintain office supplies, organize documents, and support management with daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), Todoist, RingCentral, and Arrowflow.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Team Player: Willingness to support team members and adapt to dynamic construction workflows.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
