About the Job

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for identifying high-quality leads, initiating contact, and scheduling consultations for our wellness specialists. This role requires someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and highly skilled in researching potential leads across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and appointment setting within health, wellness, fitness, or similar service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Research, identify, and compile targeted lead lists using tools, databases, and social platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook groups, CRM lead sources.
  • Analyze customer profiles to identify ideal prospects in the health and wellness market.
  • Maintain accurate and organized lead records in the CRM.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, SMS, and social messaging to warm and cold leads.
  • Deliver clear and compelling communication about our programs and services.
  • Qualify leads based on provided criteria before booking appointments.
  • Schedule consultations for the sales or wellness team and ensure calendar accuracy.
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
  • Provide weekly updates on lead pipelines, outreach performance, and booking success.
  • Suggest improvements to outreach scripts, workflow systems, and lead generation strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, Inside Sales Rep, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated lead mining experience, including use of tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, or other prospecting platforms.
  • Experience in the health and wellness field.
  • Excellent phone communication, written messaging, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Salesforce.
  • Ability to multitask, handle rejection professionally, and stay consistent with outreach volume.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of sales funnels, cold outreach strategies, and nurturing sequences.
  • High level of organization and time management.
