About the Job
We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team and play a key role in driving qualified opportunities through proactive outreach. This role operates entirely within our HubSpot CRM and is responsible for initiating contact with leads, conducting follow-up calls, and setting appointments with decision-makers. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and comfortable with a high-volume call schedule. You will be expected to manage both cold and warm leads, maintain accurate CRM documentation, and contribute to a structured daily and weekly reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make approximately 450 outbound calls per week within a 40-hour schedule, targeting both cold and warm leads.
- Set 2–3 qualified appointments per week with decision-makers from the provided lead list.
- Accurately log all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call notes, status changes, and next steps.
- Manage a consistent pipeline by following up with existing leads and nurturing ongoing conversations.
- Submit daily reports (Start-of-Day and End-of-Day summaries) through Microsoft Teams.
- Participate in weekly performance check-ins to review metrics and optimize outreach strategy.
- Work from a lead list of 100 new contacts weekly, in addition to ongoing lead management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is required with strong ability to navigate and log activity effectively.
- 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Proven ability to maintain productivity in a high-volume call environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to engage gatekeepers and confidently speak with decision-makers.
- Highly organized with attention to detail for tracking outcomes and follow-up steps.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on measurable performance.
- Comfortable working independently and within a remote team structure.
- Proficient in using communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
