Appointment Setter (BDR)/Salesperson

About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter (BDR)/Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and calls with decision-makers to discuss their requirement needs and how our services can benefit them.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Successfully pass gatekeepers to connect with stakeholders and decision-makers, presenting our value proposition effectively.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at increasing client acquisition and retention.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Gatekeeper Navigation: Ability to pass gatekeepers and engage directly with stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead Generation: Proven track record of generating high-quality leads with experience in SaaS
  • Appointment Setting: Expertise in setting up and securing meetings with key decision-makers.

Benefits & Application Process:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within with experience in SaaS
  • Strong understanding with experience in SaaS and or Construction/Landscape (either of the 2)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other lead generation tools. – Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, etc
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
