About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves driving sales initiatives, including email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation, as well as promoting educational materials from the Australian Institute of Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base and increasing awareness of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Perform market analysis and identify new business opportunities in untapped areas.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation.
  • Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Oversee the content and design updates for the website to ensure it remains appealing and informative.
  • Utilize and manage social media platforms to enhance visibility and attract new business.
  • Promote educational materials from the Australian Institute of Engineering as part of the sales strategy.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to management regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, ideally within a technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for persuasion and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically.
