Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential leads through email outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting strategies.
- Qualify leads and assess client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and nurture relationships through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handover and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on pipeline status, client feedback, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in client discussions and negotiations.
- Proficient in email outreach and cold calling techniques.
- Must have hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple time zones.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
