Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify leads across multiple online channels (social media, property platforms, online directories, etc.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.
- Track and follow up with leads to drive conversion.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, ads, stories).
- Edit videos and reels to support branding and lead generation efforts.
- Assist with client follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Organize and maintain a basic client tracking system.
- Respond to email inquiries and support communication efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous VA experience in real estate or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and converting leads.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident phone manner for cold and warm calls.
- Social media management, content creation, and basic video editing (e.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving systems.
- Knowledge with Google Workspace, CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable adopting and recommending systems to streamline operations.
