About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven experience in the SaaS industry and a strong understanding of the Australian market. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and nurturing leads using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo, to closing a minimum of three contracts per month. You’ll be responsible for performing key outreach activities including follow-ups, emails, outbound calls, and texts, as well as handling basic administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional eager to contribute to a growing team and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing deals.
  • Proactively identify and qualify prospects using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Perform prospecting, scraping, and nurturing of leads to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve a minimum of 3 closed contracts per month.
  • Conduct outreach through emails, outbound calls, and text messages to engage potential clients.
  • Handle basic admin tasks, including CRM updates, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in the SaaS industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian market, including customer behavior, business culture, and regional sales trends.
  • Proficient with sales engagement and CRM tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience working in a remote sales team.
  • Previous exposure to the B2B tech space.
