Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Civil/Earthmoving Estimator
with strong expertise in civil and earthmoving estimation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of 3D take-offs, geotechnical analysis, and estimation software.
- Conduct 3D take-offs to calculate from existing surfaces to design subgrade heights
- Utilize Cubit estimating software efficiently
- Review and interpret geotechnical, soil, and ground reports
- Read and analyze various types of construction drawings (civil, structural, architectural, landscape)
- Use Microsoft Project to develop programs for tender submissions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and earthmoving estimating
- Proficiency with Cubit estimating software and Microsoft Project
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
