Civil / Earthmoving Estimator

About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Civil/Earthmoving Estimator with strong expertise in civil and earthmoving estimation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of 3D take-offs, geotechnical analysis, and estimation software.

  • Conduct 3D take-offs to calculate from existing surfaces to design subgrade heights
  • Utilize Cubit estimating software efficiently
  • Review and interpret geotechnical, soil, and ground reports
  • Read and analyze various types of construction drawings (civil, structural, architectural, landscape)
  • Use Microsoft Project to develop programs for tender submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and earthmoving estimating
  • Proficiency with Cubit estimating software and Microsoft Project
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
