About the Job
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Cold Caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients. Your primary mission is to break through the noise, engage decision-makers, and convert no’s into qualified appointments for our sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute 80–120+ outbound calls per day to warm and cold leads.
- Use strategic questioning to identify pain points.
- Confidently deliver our value proposition and navigate common rebuttals with ease.
- Schedule high-quality meetings/demos for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding the quality of leads and common objections heard in the field.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and friendly phone presence.
- The drive to follow up and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using power dialers and HubSpot CRM software.
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a sales closer.
