Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to NDIS participant inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and supports.
- Assist with bookings, service changes, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and case notes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client experience.
- Uphold NDIS guidelines and company values in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in disability, healthcare, or NDIS.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of the NDIS framework is highly desirable.
