We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across FB Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
- Use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track and measure campaign performance and audience behavior.
- Set up Conversion API (CAPI) for FB Ads to ensure accurate tracking and audience tagging.
- Build and manage custom audiences for retargeting based on page views, conversions, and user behavior.
- Develop retargeting strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on applicants, clients, and prospect/leads audiences.
- Work with Boost.Space and Make.com workflows to automate audience building and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to leverage HubSpot, GetGist, and Tally.so forms for better audience segmentation and conversion tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing FB Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking and audience segmentation.
- Experience with setting up FB’s Conversion API (CAPI) and building custom audiences for retargeting.
- Expertise in creating retargeting ad strategies based on audience behavior and conversion data.
- Ability to work with automation tools such as Boost.Space (Make.com) for audience building.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GetGist, and Tally.so forms for lead tracking and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Qualified in Digital Marketing with a strong understanding of identifying target audiences and developing ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team for campaign success.
