We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including retargeting strategies.
- Install and monitor Facebook Pixel tracking across the website.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and blog posts.
- Manage email marketing campaigns (content planning, scheduling, reporting).
- Assist in setting up and executing social media campaigns.
- Update and maintain CRM data via Service Mate.
- Conduct light website content updates (CMS knowledge a plus).
- Provide general admin support to reduce the founder’s workload.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Facebook Pixel implementation.
- Solid background in content creation and social media management.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Service Mate experience a plus).
- Comfortable handling admin tasks and online communications.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous experience as a VA or in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Working knowledge of AI-based receptionist/CRM integrations.
- Understanding of website content management systems (WordPress or similar).
- Eye for design and attention to detail in branding and visuals.
