We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of our 90-day “Project Clarity” launch plan.
- Coordinate and track progress across the landing page, paid campaigns, and cold outreach.
- Support day-to-day marketing tasks (e.
- Assist with setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads and light SEO optimisation for a new landing page.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics (CTR, conversion, response rates).
- Help liaise with an external cold outreach/lead generation partner.
- Keep the team organised via Asana, HubSpot, and simple reporting dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience coordinating digital marketing or go-to-market projects (agency, startup, freelance).
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and/or similar paid platforms.
- Comfortable with landing page performance tracking, SEO basics, and CRM usage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Familiarity with B2B or enterprise audiences is a plus.
- Tools: Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, HubSpot, Miro.
