About the Job
We are hiring one part-time Digital Marketing Assistant to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, organized, creative, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, supporting paid campaigns, strengthening website content and SEO, and helping establish foundational email/CRM workflows—all while maintaining HIPAA awareness appropriate for a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive organic social media growth, with a focus on reels and short-form videos on Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Educational and community-focused healthcare content.
- Handle content end-to-end from ideation and planning, scripting and copywriting.
- Video editing and graphic creation.
- Posting and basic performance tracking.
- Ensure content aligns with clinic voice, values, and healthcare best practices.
- Support and manage basic Meta ads.
- Optimize for awareness, engagement, and local visibility.
- Collaborate on budget-conscious testing and improvements.
- Execute and improve on-page SEO.
- Write and publish blog content.
- Develop a monthly content and SEO plan, including keywords, topics and performance reporting.
- Handle basic WordPress updates like content edits, page updates and blog publishing.
- Provide recommendations for potential website revamp.
- Help stand up email marketing and CRM workflows.
- Organize and structure existing patient email lists.
- Build basic email nurturing sequences.
- Maintain HIPAA-aware processes and data handling.
- Recommend and assist with CRM tools like Go High Level or similar.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bring proactive ideas and recommendations aligned with clinic goals.
- Participate in brief, regular check-ins to review progress and priorities.
- Provide simple reports on activity and results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong content creation skills on video, graphics and ad copy.
- Experience with Organic social media growth.
- Basic paid social Meta Ads.
- SEO fundamentals.
- WordPress content management.
- Email marketing platforms.
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple workstreams.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing and HIPAA considerations is a strong plus.
