About the Job

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing to lead our online growth, patient reactivation, and digital brand presence. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing and optimizing our website and online shop, and driving digital campaigns that convert. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, deeply familiar with the wellness or medspa industry, and thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform local competitor analysis like pricing, SEO keywords, reviews, visibility.
  • Audit our online presence and craft a comprehensive digital growth plan.
  • Track KPI's, website traffic, campaign conversion rates, bounce rate, email/SMS engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools for SEO, copywriting, social media planning, and automation.
  • Take over and manage the website.
  • Coordinate with existing developer to ensure smooth transition.
  • Add/update service pages, staff bios, before/after galleries, SEO keywords, and photos.
  • Manage testimonial uploads, blogs, landing pages, and seasonal promotions.
  • Oversee online shop management, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and customer flow for supplement sales.
  • Design and run email and SMS marketing campaigns via platforms like Weave or RepeatMD.
  • Segment audiences for targeted promotions.
  • Create automations for re-engagement, review requests, abandoned cart recovery.
  • Use AI-based segmentation, personalization, and scheduling tools where applicable.
  • Manage our Shopify supplement store and ensure smooth online shop operations.
  • Assist with launching online courses via Kajabi, Teachable, or similar tools.
  • Track and optimize checkout flows, upsells, and follow-up offers.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Advanced in WordPress themes, page builders, plugins, speed/UX optimization.
  • Familiarity with Shopify product listings, online shop management, promo codes, integrations.
  • Experience with Symplast integrations booking links, patient flow.
  • Comfort with GA4, Google Search Console, heatmaps, SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Skilled in local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven ability to create and manage email/SMS campaigns.
  • Deep experience with online shop management, product descriptions, tagging, reviews.
  • Familiar with online course platforms like Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable.
  • Actively using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper and Canva AI for marketing, scheduling, analytics, or content creation.
  • Familiar with design platforms like Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Can work with existing developers and transition gracefully.
  • Executes without micromanagement.
  • Understands visual branding in medspa setting.
  • Fluent in English, clear in weekly updates.
  • Experience in aesthetics, medspa, or wellness marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and a background in launching online health courses or patient education platforms is a plus.
