Ecommerce Social Media Manager (Klaviyo & Shopify Experience)

Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Ecommerce Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, driving brand awareness, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Shopify, Facebook Ads, and SEO tagging for product optimization.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook and Instagram, creating at least 5 posts per week to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate tagging and SEO optimization for better visibility.
  • Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor social media and ad campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social and email campaigns with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
  • Knowledge of Shopify for product listing and SEO optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads.
  • Ability to create engaging content and maintain consistent posting schedules.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.
