Executive Assistant with Xero Bookkeeping Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize two email accounts, ensuring timely responses and proper email categorization.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and file organization.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support daily business operations.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings as needed.
- Utilize Xero for bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and ad hoc financial duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant role or similar administrative position.
- Proficiency in Xero bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
