About Us
We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- General business admin / organizing invoices and ensuring the correct information is organized and collated for our accountant.
- Creating invoices for clients using Adobe InDesign templates.
- Assembling client pitch decks.
- Social media posting.
- Sourcing location and talent options.
- Research for art direction.
- Sourcing freelancers for project work (mostly animators, graphic and motion designers).
- Research for business development work - including research and new client outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a production or creative environment (preferably film/TV, post-production, or media).
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in G Suite, Dropbox, and cloud-based project management tools.
- Knowledge of the film/TV/media production pipeline.
- Social media content scheduling experience (e.
- Experience working in a startup or small business environment.
- Prior experience in client outreach or business development.
