Go HighLevel Agency Specialist (Remote - Full Time)
About Us
We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage our white-labeled Go HighLevel agency instance.
- Build repeatable onboarding systems, snapshots, and automation templates.
- Design and deploy pipelines, workflows, surveys, calendars, and nurture sequences.
- Migrate existing CRM processes from HubSpot to GHL, preserving (or improving) functionality.
- Build lead generation and sales funnels that are fully integrated with GHL automations.
- Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to drive cold traffic into GHL workflows — ensuring leads flow seamlessly into your booking pages and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to refine and optimize systems over time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go HighLevel (agency setup preferred).
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, sales pipeline design, and marketing automation.
- Experience launching and optimizing Meta Ads to support client funnels and internal growth campaigns.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clean, scalable systems.
- Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Zapier/Make, or funnel performance tracking.
