About the Job
As an HR Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering HR services across the organization. You’ll support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
- Provide support in performance management, training coordination, and policy implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist or specialist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficient in ATS, HubSpot, Go High Level and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
