About the Job
We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to support our team with CRM maintenance, automation, and process improvement. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team to ensure our HubSpot platform is fully optimized — helping us manage data, build workflows, and get the most out of our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
- Build, test, and improve workflows, automation, and pipelines to support sales and marketing operations.
- Implement platform changes, upgrades, and integrations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process gaps and recommend solutions for improved CRM use.
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data segmentation for better visibility and insights.
- Support user training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth CRM adoption across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist or CRM-focused Virtual Assistant B2B preferred.
- Strong understanding of HubSpot tools — including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Experience in workflow automation, reporting, and CRM customization.
- Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
