About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing lead generation funnels from LinkedIn and Instagram, implementing automated email sequences, and maintaining a well-organized CRM system using HubSpot. You will play a key role in executing email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage lead generation funnels from LinkedIn and Instagram to designated lead magnets.
- Build and implement automated email sequences in HubSpot.
- Manage and maintain an organized, up-to-date CRM system.
- Execute and support email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with list segmentation and audience management.
- Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations to improve existing marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the internal team to meet campaign deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with HubSpot, particularly in automation and CRM management.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram, and how to build funnels from them.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, though HubSpot is the primary tool.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
