About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Expertise in HubSpot CRM setup, workflows, and contact management.
  • Integration: Experience linking HubSpot with other tools (e.
  • Marketing Automation: Skilled in managing HubSpot email campaigns and lead nurturing.
  • Analytics: Ability to create and analyze HubSpot reports.
  • Technical Support: Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting HubSpot users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • HubSpot certification is a must.
  • Proven ability to create deals and automation within HubSpot.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders, and workflow rules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
