Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records from HubSpot.
- Standardize and update contact information, ensuring consistency across datasets.
- Perform segmentation checks and categorize leads accurately.
- Research and verify missing or incomplete data points.
- Update records with the latest student and lead information.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy policies (PDPA/GDPR).
- Assist in structuring HubSpot workflows for efficient data management.
- Support the recruitment and marketing teams in improving lead tracking.
- Generate reports on data accuracy and suggest process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Data Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience in CRM data management and digital marketing.
- Exposure to international student recruitment and admissions processes.
