Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls with warm inbound leads and booked calls to uncover client pain points and identify opportunities where our virtual talent can provide solutions.
- Ask targeted questions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on the services we offer.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage inbound leads, track interactions, add detailed notes, and ensure follow-up processes are in place.
- Prepare and send proposals using Pandadoc, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Leverage automation tools to build efficient follow-up sequences and manage the inbound sales pipeline.
- Follow up with potential clients using cloud-based phone systems to address queries and close deals.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure that client needs are matched with the right virtual talent.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and client engagement to ensure timely follow-ups and a positive client experience.
- Meet or exceed inbound sales KPIs and targets through effective consultative selling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inbound sales with a strong focus on consultative selling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions and identify client needs.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot CRM, Pandadoc, and automation tools.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple inbound leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Experience with cloud-based phone systems for client communication and follow-ups.
- KPI-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding inbound sales targets.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with HR teams to ensure the right talent matches client needs.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when adding notes to the CRM and managing client interactions.
