Inbound Sales Consultant

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls with warm inbound leads and booked calls to uncover client pain points and identify opportunities where our virtual talent can provide solutions.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions based on the services we offer.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage inbound leads, track interactions, add detailed notes, and ensure follow-up processes are in place.
  • Prepare and send proposals using Pandadoc, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Leverage automation tools to build efficient follow-up sequences and manage the inbound sales pipeline.
  • Follow up with potential clients using cloud-based phone systems to address queries and close deals.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure that client needs are matched with the right virtual talent.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and client engagement to ensure timely follow-ups and a positive client experience.
  • Meet or exceed inbound sales KPIs and targets through effective consultative selling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales with a strong focus on consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions and identify client needs.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HubSpot CRM, Pandadoc, and automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple inbound leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Experience with cloud-based phone systems for client communication and follow-ups.
  • KPI-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding inbound sales targets.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with HR teams to ensure the right talent matches client needs.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when adding notes to the CRM and managing client interactions.
