Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service to customers seeking van rentals.
- Assist customers in understanding and selecting the best van rental products and services to meet their needs, ensuring a smooth sales experience.
- Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions.
- Stay well-informed about our van rental products and services, addressing any customer inquiries and providing detailed information.
- Efficiently navigate multiple software systems, including Google Suite and third-party booking systems, to manage customer information, bookings, and internal processes.
- Maintain a friendly and personable approach in all customer-facing interactions, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and maintained within systems to avoid errors and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments and teams to resolve customer issues, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple software systems seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, with a personable and friendly demeanor for effective customer-facing interactions.
