Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service to customers seeking van rentals.
Assist customers in understanding and selecting the best van rental products and services to meet their needs, ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Utilize HubSpot to track and manage all customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions.
Stay well-informed about our van rental products and services, addressing any customer inquiries and providing detailed information.
Efficiently navigate multiple software systems, including Google Suite and third-party booking systems, to manage customer information, bookings, and internal processes.
Maintain a friendly and personable approach in all customer-facing interactions, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
Ensure all customer data is accurately entered and maintained within systems to avoid errors and improve customer satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments and teams to resolve customer issues, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Strong ability to thrive in a high-volume sales environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple software systems seamlessly.
Excellent communication skills, with a personable and friendly demeanor for effective customer-facing interactions.
