Internal - Appointment Setter - Commission Only Based
About Us
We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to Australian businesses using Aircall.
- Schedule discovery calls with our Sales Team using Calendly and GHL.
- Educate business owners on the benefits of working with VAs through SSIO.
- Ensure a high number of appointments booked and attended per day.
- Track lead activity and performance metrics in our CRM.
- Follow scripts and objection-handling best practices.
- Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement in call quality and conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
- Noise-cancelling headset and ability to reduce background noise.
- Able to configure QoS on your router to prioritize Aircall traffic.
- Familiarity with Calendly and GoHighLevel or ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in appointment setting, sales calls, or lead generation.
- Self-driven, coachable, and results-focused.
