Lead and Data Operations Specialist

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

The Virtual Assistant will support Packed with Purpose’s business development, from lead generation to order processing to data entry and verification.

You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Operations and Strategy to support the growth of a growing brand that enables businesses and consumers to create a social impact through the everyday act of gift giving.

  • Lead generation – identify top prospects through tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, internet research and gather their email address or other contact information.
  • Lead identification– gather and segment contacts from HubSpot based on set of criteria provided.
  • Order Processing – Process client orders in HubSpot with high attention to detail, tracking each order from receipt through to shipping confirmation.
  • Data Management – Verify and maintain the accuracy of client data in HubSpot by regularly reviewing and updating records, ensuring all information is current and complete.
  • Are able to prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables at once.
  • Have extreme attention to detail and are extremely organized.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively with other team members, across departments.
  • Data Entry –  Research and resolve bounced emails by identifying new contact details via LinkedIn/Google and updating client records in Hubspot with the correct company and email address.
  • Contact and Company Clean-Up – Identify and merge duplicate contacts and companies within Hubspot, ensuring a clean and organized client list by consolidating overlapping information.
  • Shipping information data integrity –  identify missing shipping information within Hubspot and add or correct relevant records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with HubSpot (Required).
  • 1-2 years of experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Thrive in startup environments and have the ability to be hands-on and scrappy.
  • Are able to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities on a daily basis, moving between email, Slack, meetings, and various software.
