Lead Generation Specialist

About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data scraping apps (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Conduct LinkedIn Outreach via Sales Navigator
  • Execute B2B cold email campaigns
  • Objective: Increase our monthly closed deals, currently at 20.
  • Preferred Experience: Background in construction and mining industries is a plus but not required.
  • The company specializes in selling 3D machine control systems for heavy construction and mining equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, and graders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Data Scraping: Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • LinkedIn Outreach: Proficient in using Sales Navigator to connect with potential clients.
  • Cold Email Campaigns: Able to execute and optimize B2B cold email strategies.
  • Sales-Driven: Focused on increasing monthly closed deals (current target: 20+).
  • Preferred (NOT REQUIRED) Experience: Knowledge of the construction or mining industries is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for effective outreach.
  • Results-Oriented: Goal-focused with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
