Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Make.com to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Integrate various applications, APIs, and services using Make.com to create seamless workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and ensure their smooth operation.
- Continuously monitor and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- Provide training and support to clients and team members on using and maintaining Make.com automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, best practices, and trends in automation and Make.com.
- Document automation processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation workflows using Make.com (Integromat) or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts.
- Proficiency in connecting and automating various software tools and services, such as CRMs, ERPs, marketing platforms, and other SaaS applications.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and identifying opportunities for process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex workflows.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) is a plus.
