Marketing & Support VA with experience in Education

About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM to ensure all customer data is accurate and organized.
  • Assist in creating email marketing content, blog posts, and email marketing
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results.
  • Use data to improve campaign strategies and customer engagement.
  • Organize marketing files and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (workflows, email campaigns, lead management, and reporting).
  • Background in marketing support, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong writing skills for content creation and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and an ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience with social media management and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
