Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM to ensure all customer data is accurate and organized.
- Assist in creating email marketing content, blog posts, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results.
- Use data to improve campaign strategies and customer engagement.
- Organize marketing files and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot CRM (workflows, email campaigns, lead management, and reporting).
- Background in marketing support, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong writing skills for content creation and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and an ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience with social media management and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
