Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms.
- Write compelling blog posts to support our SEO and thought leadership goals.
- Compile and distribute client newsletters regularly.
- Conduct hashtag research and implement best practices for organic reach.
- Edit videos for social media and promotional use.
- Design graphics and visual content for brochures, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns using GoHighLevel, including funnel creation and email sequences.
- Perform basic website updates via our existing site management tool.
- Manage membership site features and updates within GoHighLevel.
- Provide calendar management, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Manage email triage to prioritize and categorize incoming messages.
- Support with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (CRM, automation).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
- Competence in video editing (basic reels, clips, intros/outros).
- Solid writing skills for blogs and newsletters.
- Familiarity with common email and calendar management tools (e.
- Experience updating websites (WordPress, Wix, or other CMS).
