About the Job

We are looking for a highly organized, process-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to streamline our sales engine. You will be responsible for building the playbook of our sales department, managing SOPs, optimizing our tech stack, and trailblazing our new outbound strategy. The ideal candidate is part architect, part enforcer. You will design the systems that allow our reps to win, and then ensure they have the discipline and the tools to follow them.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain a centralized, source-of-truth library for all sales Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with department leads to roll out new processes, ensuring team-wide adoption and compliance.
  • Manage the operational hand-off points between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to eliminate friction.
  • Proactively audit the sales cycle to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency-driven solutions.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for all sales assets.
  • Ensure outdated materials are retired and only approved, high-performing collateral is available.
  • Manage the sales drive/hub to ensure all resources are organized, clean, and instantly accessible for reps during live calls.
  • Partner with HubSpot, Aircall, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize tools to support revenue goals.
  • Build the initial outbound sales strategy and model from the ground up.
  • Directly manage initial outbound tasks to test and refine processes before scaling the function.
  • Establish the operational framework and KPIs for a future outbound team.
  • Serve as the primary link between the Sales and Data/Reports teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare data visualizations and reports for weekly and monthly leadership performance reviews.
  • Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure deal stages, contact info, and lead sources are accurate.
  • Drive accountability by following up with reps on admin tasks, deal updates, and meeting logs.
  • Manage calendars for Sales Leadership and coordinate high-level department communications.
  • Oversee team meetings and automate the tracking of action items and outcomes.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Enablement, or a similar operational role.
  • High proficiency in HubSpot and Aircall.
  • A builder mentality with the ability to turn abstract ideas into documented processes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills; comfortable holding team members accountable to standards.
  • Ability to interpret raw data and translate it into actionable sales insights.
