About the Job

The Outbound Sales Virtual Assistant is responsible for managing the top of the sales funnel by proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential prospects through outbound outreach. This role focuses on initiating first contact, conducting initial discovery, and assessing prospect fit to ensure only qualified opportunities are passed to Sales Representatives. By handling early-stage prospecting and lead qualification, the Outbound Sales Virtual Assistant helps maximize sales team efficiency, improve pipeline quality, and allow Sales Reps to focus on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and researching potential leads that match the Ideal Customer Profile ICP.
  • Conducting initial cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or cold calling to warm up leads.
  • Booking qualified meetings directly into the Sales Reps’ calendars.
  • Ensuring all new leads are entered correctly into HubSpot with relevant notes before the handover.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Resilience and persistence for cold outreach.
  • Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
  • Proficient with HubSpot CRM.
