- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the real estate team to optimize appointment setting strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using Nurture Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
