Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research ideal target prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, video, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and targeting.
- Track and optimize key metrics.
- Stay current with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of SDR, BDR, or related sales experience (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience in a high-volume outbound role.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing sales role.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment.
- Sales Engagement: Outreach.
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce.
- Prospecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha.
- Email Automation: Mailshake, Lemlist.
- Experience in remote teams or B2B SaaS environments.
