SEO Expert, Digital Media Buyer & Content Creator
About the Job
We’re looking for a multi-skilled SEO Expert & Digital Media Buyer who can manage both our internal marketing campaigns and client campaigns across multiple industries. You’ll be responsible for SEO, paid advertising, and content creation from strategy to execution — including blog writing, ad management, and audience targeting. This role blends technical SEO expertise, creative content writing, and paid ads management (Meta Ads & Google Ads) with smart use of automation via Airtable and Go HighLevel (GHL). You’ll help us grow our own brand visibility and deliver measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-end SEO on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, schema markup, mobile responsiveness.
- Manage back-end SEO technical audits, indexing, site architecture, performance optimization.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profile (GMB) listings for local SEO dominance both internal & client.
- Execute white-hat link building campaigns.
- Use SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, etc to identify opportunities and track results.
- Conduct competitor and keyword research, structuring findings in Airtable to power our automated SEO content system.
- Write, edit, and publish high-quality SEO-driven blog posts, landing pages, and web copy — for both our brand and client brands.
- Maintain editorial calendars for internal and client projects to ensure consistent, strategic content output.
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) for both internal and client campaigns.
- Build and manage audiences inside Go HighLevel (GHL) for effective targeting and retargeting.
- Integrate GHL with Meta & Google for conversion tracking and attribution.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience in SEO, paid ads, and content creation.
- Strong ability to manage both internal and client marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience writing SEO-focused blog content that ranks and drives traffic.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization and local SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Proven track record in competitor & keyword research, with the ability to structure and upload data into Airtable.
- Familiarity with Go HighLevel (GHL) for audience segmentation, tracking, and marketing automation.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end SEO best practices.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills a plus.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation or automated content workflows.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page design.
- Agency or multi-brand marketing experience.
