Social Media Assistant

About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging content across FB, Instagram, and TikTok using the Content Studio social media manager program.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos in Canva that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Assist with managing and updating WordPress blogs, ensuring SEO best practices are followed.
  • Use ChatGPT to generate content ideas, captions, and posts that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
  • Identify and leverage relevant hashtags to increase post visibility and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and help grow and engage the follower base across all social platforms.
  • Create videos for promotional purposes using Canva and other AI platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, including FB, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and video editing.
  • Ability to create promotional videos using Canva and other AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with Content Studio or similar social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for blogging and content updates.
  • Understanding of SEO principles to enhance blog performance.
  • Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant hashtags and ability to identify trends to maximize engagement.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage a follower base across social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with audiences across various platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
