Social Media Manager (Construction Experience Preferred)

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Posting: Create, schedule, and publish 5 posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to engage our audience and promote brand awareness.
- Video & Photo Editing: Edit videos and photos using editing software or AI tools to ensure high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices by using effective hashtags, optimizing post descriptions, and ensuring content is optimized for Google search and social media discoverability.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, and follower growth) to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Trends & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and recommend strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in video/photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or AI tools).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, including hashtag optimization and keyword usage for social platforms.
- Ability to create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent written communication skills to craft engaging captions and post descriptions.
- Experience using social media management tools
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and improving social media performance.
