Social Media Manager (Construction Experience Preferred)

About Us

We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Posting: Create, schedule, and publish 5 posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to engage our audience and promote brand awareness.
  • Video & Photo Editing: Edit videos and photos using editing software or AI tools to ensure high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices by using effective hashtags, optimizing post descriptions, and ensuring content is optimized for Google search and social media discoverability.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, and follower growth) to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Trends & Strategy: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and recommend strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in video/photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or AI tools).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, including hashtag optimization and keyword usage for social platforms.
  • Ability to create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written communication skills to craft engaging captions and post descriptions.
  • Experience using social media management tools
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and improving social media performance.
