We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit engaging 15-second promotional videos from existing footage for use on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Ensure the content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for each platform.
  • Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) to ensure regular and consistent posting.
  • Maintain an engaging content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled ahead of time using Later.
  • Optimize posts with appropriate hashtags and relevant content to increase reach and engagement.
  • Utilize ManyChat for email marketing and automated audience engagement, ensuring timely and personalized communication with followers.
  • Manage and update the website on the Wix platform, ensuring the content remains current and reflects the brand's messaging and offerings.
  • Proactively engage with venues, artists, and collaborators to book shows, expand brand reach, and develop new opportunities outside of Sydney.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts to drive growth.
  • Work on improving the organization of social media platforms and email marketing efforts, ensuring better utilization and effectiveness across all channels.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and email campaign results to suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in video editing (experience with software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram) and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Later for content scheduling and planning.
  • Experience with ManyChat for email marketing and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with Wix for website management and updates.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and professional-quality content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain an engaging presence on social media.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage several platforms and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and creatively.
