About the Job
We’re looking for a highly motivated and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. In this role, you'll take full ownership of crafting data-driven marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, resonate with our target audience, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create detailed campaign plans, identifying target audiences, selecting platforms like FB, IG, TikTok, and allocating budgets effectively.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram campaigns, and TikTok promotions.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visuals using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Continuously test and optimize content for performance and engagement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets for maximum return on investment.
- Recommend budget reallocations based on performance trends.
- Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.
- Test and implement new tools, strategies, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle space.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram & TikTok campaign management.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Kajabi is preferred.
- Proficient in graphic design tools like Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent content planning, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with key social media KPIs and performance metrics.
